I came from out of state with an agenda to ‘just get rid of an old family house’ I didn’t have knowledge of the market or where to start with clean up or fix up, etc. James did all of the market research, he knows and uses excellent resources (lawyer, title company, photographer, advisor investor), and gave me expert advice. The bids started to come in within less than 24 hours of listing. Again, his excellent guidance: weighing offers, explaining buyer strategies and completing forms. Results: a quick and successful closure! He is very client focused, genuine in his concern, a good listener and a hard worker. He told me when we first talked that I was in ‘good hand’ and he really came through on that promise.

We have dealt with many agents recently that have done good jobs, but James went above and beyond. He was really good at keeping in close contact with us and letting us know what action there was on our house. We also had some unique things about disclosures that James helped us to word properly to not put more emphasis on them than was necessary. James was always ethical in all of his discussions. He was also able to help us through a bidding war negotiation process where we ended getting more money. Not only did we get more money, he helped us to decide which buyers were more stable. If things did not align in just the right way I would have not only lost the condo opportunity (due to lack of funds) but would have had to move out of my house until I could find something else. James knew exactly what needed to happen. He advised me to offer the right selling price and my house sold in 4 days thus allowing me to purchase the condo.
